RE:The RefineryPeople makes me laugh when they say FCC is going for CSK only because of the lawsuit!
CSK is worth a lot of money...I juste think FCC's management are the one that really wants to drive the project... They won't end up paying a lot of money for CSK.
also, don't forget they will need between 25-35 millions just to put the refinery in working order... They will get financed by brokers probably with issuance of shares and a convertible debenture...but they will need to generate a substainable and recurant cash flow to operate!
the only, only company in the entire area that can start to print $$$ in 3-4 months is CSK...
Csk was doing what FCC is doing, but they got played by the Australian...I assume it was easier for them to handle the company to FCC's management...or else, CSK wouldn't have been able to benefit from that synergy...
here is what CSK can produce in the next 10 years...they have the permits already! And this is based on current cobalt price...imagine it the price goes to 50-80-100$ per pounds!
PRODUCTION:
-CSK: possible production with recovery rate 5,919,450 oz of Silver (93%), 10,884,150 lb of Cobalt (75%), 2,227,750 lb of Nickel (50%), up to 500 tons per day according to permit
GROSS REVENUE:
-CSK: 291 millions US$
NET PROFIT:
-CSK: take into consideration I estimated the cost per pounds (6,63$ US), and I am using 27% of income tax for the company: 291,000,000 Revenues - 72,160,000 cost - 27% of income tax = 160 million US $.
