RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:OSISKO INSIDER BUYING

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:OSISKO INSIDER BUYINGOk, maybe I was a little harsh on you, but still trying to figure it out how relevant it is to post Robert Wares executive profile as an answer.

When you are investing in real estate, you look at the quality of the asset first, next the tenant profile including its covenant, then if your rents are above or below market and at a high level you make your decision.

When you are looking at a tech company, you look at their technology, then how hard is to replicate or enter that market, how many industries and markets are using that technology and you make your decision.

When you are looking at a Junior Mining company, you look at management and prior success they had (checked), then you look at their properties and drillings results in the area (checked), then you look at who your investors are (checked), and you make your decision.

Now when you look at BFD and you try to tell me how bad OSK is for us, it just doesn’t make any sense.

First, they own almost 20% of BFD, so they are invested in, secondly, they are spending more money in the area than most exploration companies ever did anywhere else in Canada before. They are also in the process of getting environmental permits and planning to set up a mining operation that would go right into the heart of BFD’s land at Windfall.

So, can you please explain to me, how having one of their top executives buying over $1.5M in OSK shares in a two-day spree be bad for BFD? Does that make sense to anybody else here?
Those were your words and you also believe that we would be better off without OSK, but where would the exploration money come from? From investors that sell their positions at $.19/$.20 for no reason, or right when our neighbors are pouring out good results after good results and even BTR multiples as two to three times higher than ours when the geology runs the other way.

I am glad OSK is on board and I don’t care how much Robert Wares influences everything, we should be glad they were interested on us and they are putting their cash and expertise on it, otherwise we would be drilling 100 meters holes for the rest of our existence with nothing to show for. If another player shows up great, and maybe we will get others interest in some of our other land but get over it, OSK is here and they are not the enemy (quite the opposite), yes maybe we won’t get that dreaming $1.00 , $2.00 price that someone of us believe we should get, but we will be way more valuable than we would otherwise.

Now stop being a Debbie Downer or if you are at least rationalized your comments.

And Friday was great by the way!
