Hi BB,

I'm very leery of the potential for new institutional buying after share consolidation. And I believe Tim made it clear that there was no promise from any institutions that they would buy in after consolidation. This was a specific question in the CC and the answer was "No." - no one has promised to buy.

I do believe the need for a pricing of PPs above 5 cents in order to give buyers a premium. This is pretty clear.

Having institutions buy in after consolidation feels too much like asking for a favor to be counted upon. After consolidation we will still be a penny stock and many big players won't touch a stock under $1.
