RE:RE:RE:Who is doing the dumping.....hapee,
SW also has the historical feature, scroll down a bit, and there is a 30 day list showimg the results for all exchanges (TSX plus a whole bunch of others). Google Finance also has this feature as well.
If all the large blocks for yesterday were combined, the volume would be of the ~800k, which is not that big a volume to be considered as a sell-off, in my opinion.
Today activity is a bit tame, from a quick check of a real-time trading system (TD Waterhouse). The bid and ask are lop sided. Not too much activities, and the volume in the morning (as of 12:10pm) is ~227k.
ER has been on the down trend during the past 6 months despite the perceived improvement in the resource estimate (which is expected to be available soon). So it is quite legitimate to pose the following questions:
1. Who are trying to to push the price down? If we believe that ER has some solid deposits in the ground, then a major may orchestrate a scheme for keeping the price down before a TO offer?
2. Is there any fundamentally wrong with the company that make people want to jump ship?
If there appears to be nothing wrong with it, then it could be a good time to accumulate, since Eau Claire deposit alone would contain more than 2Moz Au (= ~4 x the Market Cap)
