He wrote (when response to my e-mail): " In fact, we have already begun (build out).
We expect to close on our property acquisition very soon. We do not anticipate any issues at all.
Umbral will consider a COB as soon as we are issued an LP from Health Canada. We have discussed our intentions with the CSE and they are on side with our plans."
