I also sold out today at a hefty loss... that hurts... but I agree with you, i would not participate at 35 cents a share just to ensure i'm not diluted on this stock... which will likely not go anywhere anytime soon. If they had a nice reserve delineated, and a clear path to production laid out, and some assurances in place... sure, but after they way they handled this financing, and the fact they kept us all in the dark for so long on this, i have no more faith in management... And i was a true believer and held my shares all the way down.. oh well, thaty'll learn me.

If they are lucky this will see 50 cents in 5 years haha, but right now i figure there are better places to park the few pennies i have left.
