a fellow investor in NUK writes: "Anyone thinking of getting involved should take the time to chat with the new CEO and see how valuable these properties are and how badly the creditors need to make a deal. I might add a deal would likely be a royalty or small percentage of one of the propertys(that's how valuable they are in my opinion). This opens the door to a finance partner. I think we are close. Of course just my opinion."
