any newbies should call Allen, all part of good homework/DD . Allen will tell you everything he can about the company within reason(cant give away all the trade secrets). when calling a company I always make a list of questions to go over. I also always ask questions you know "they" cannot answer just to feel them out. sometimes you can get very useful tidbits of information which can make all the difference when deciding to invest. if you feel uncomfortable with how questions are answered then you know not to invest. its as easy as that. its your MONEY!
