RE:RE:RE:RE:Mell's BNN interview figures

RE:RE:RE:RE:Mell's BNN interview figuresWhat you don't understand is that the float after all the transaction matters!!

Let's say you have 100,000 shares...  you will get approx 26 000 shares of FCC...  That should be 22,6 million shares for all of us...

BUT WHAT WILL BE THE TOTAL FLOAT AFTER THE DEAL?  This is what you don't understand...

if there is 100 millions shares, you are worth more...basic...  SP is market cap divided by the float!

if the float is 500 million shares....  oups... your shares are worth less!

The CEO said it...  we will represent 11% of 120 million... 13,2 million...  this is the portion after dillution we will represent in the deal...not hard to understand either...  what don't you see?

How do you explain the keep selling their shares at 0,14$??  Easy profit...  why would they be selling!
