RE:News with some crappy s-h-i-t

RE:News with some crappy s-h-i-tMy read on this, someone correct me if I'm wrong.   By increasing the stated capital per common share to 1$, this puts 1$ per share in an account that can never be distributed back to share holders. It is used to make guarantees to creditors.   Doesn't seem to be very beneficial to me as a common share holder.  Once again they need to add another clause that smells fishy.   Personally I'll take the 38 cents and run for the hills.  My cost is +- 17 cents but this whole thing stinks for PEA shareholders.
