I don't care what you think about CSK... but if someone tells me I buy your company for 17 million $... here are shares in exchange for the same 17 million $ value I am buying you out, I expect to have 17 million $ worth of shares the first day it trades... not 13,2 million!

Also, I assume that if their company has a  3,8 market cap compare to mine (Cobalt one) I expect that they will have 3,8 times more shares then me in the new company... 4,8 times more shares then me! 

And if before the LOI was announce and that the company I am merging with had a market cap 1,73 times bigger then mine, I expect them to have 1,73 times the shares I have... not 3,27 X the shares I have... or else, the deal is not the real deal!  Sorry!

So put the value you want on CSK... the only thing I am asking is that we get the real value we are supposed to get...
