Can FDA hold its promise toclear the 200 drugs applications within 90 days in a safe manner ? Let me doubt about this promise. In 2016, FDA received more than 550 applications. So it means that they are about 4 months behind schedule right now as we speak. So your guess is as good as mine.
The good news is that PLI is not responsible for the delays, and all the whyning we heard in the last 3 months was that: whyning without any real information how things really happen with a regulatory agency.
