RE:Why isn't this worth a minimum of 18.65?The deal is 0.4287 PPL for every share of VSN plus $4.87. The way I understand it the companies came up with that equation based on the share trading prices over a period of time, and came up with VSN @ 18.65 and PPL at 43.50. Both share prices have traded lower since.
