RE:Does not look to great for the rights offeringI think talk of the RO failing assumes that not a single existing SH will exercise their rights, no?

Yesterday's announcement seemed clear to me...the big players are in for $16 mil. And if we're being honest the RO is about getting to $23 mil now, not $46 mil. They need the lesser figure to survive another year, more or less, given the bridge loan monies that are also in play.

So I am seeing this as a situation where exisiting SH's either subscribe to $7 mil+ worth of the RO, or its an end game. Am I crazy or does that sound reasonable?
