RE:RE:I've Never Seen so Many Lawyers in one Room

RE:RE:I've Never Seen so Many Lawyers in one RoomNo problem, Oldfart.  The problem with an appeal, besides the legal costs, would be what to appeal about?  I'll need to see the Judge's ruling brief, as there were alot of clauses I didn't understand, in his speech.  He said there will be a more edited transcript coming out, of his ruling.

They might be able to appeal the ruling for legal expenses of the other unsecured creditors, that submitted briefs to the Court.  That's just extra money that normally wouldn't be paid out, in other situations.  Ad Hoc lawyer argued the matter needed to be decided in Court, so it would be a typical trial situation, where a person hires a lawyer.  Debt Traders said the legal expenses would be just part of the debt collection process, as stated in the indenture, that they are allowed to recover costs for.

I can see a situation of some legalized mischief taking place, where false cost claims could potentiallly be submitted, that might be higher than normal, knowing that another party is forced to pay them, by the Judge.
