Buy a .06 (pp),sell at .09,exercise at .10 for an effective acb of .07.
Insiders will account for over half of warrants exercised.
Would you prefer related party loans,shares for debt,or high interest/low convertible debs instead?
Personally, i'm glad to see some overhang gone.
If you are in under a dime,don't sweat it.if you are in at .15,well,whiskey is next to the maalox.pick apart the #s from the next q to see if growth/revenue justifies the burn rate and go from there.
An aside-
Any company that starts from a shell with some original holders with addresses in Bermuda or Hastings street is going to get played with until those folks move on.
