Accumulation by Tognetti

Accumulation by TognettiSo he's up to 16.2M shares now...and still buying.  Makes me feel like a piker.
Problem for him should be a lack of liquidity, but since he continues to add I would expect that he is aware of a game plan down the road, or expects (rightly) to be a part of a partnership that would be normal with a production decision.
Whatever, he obviously is comfortable that the tonnage will develop.  How he know that is beyond me since we didn't get any improvemewnt  on tonnage last year.  Maybe CAP core  is looking good and the crews are expecting great things this summer on exploration sites never previously drilled.
Smart thing may be to just sit and wait--clearly JT is better informed than us
