Dundee Sustainable Technologies Inc. is engaged in the commercialization of environmentally responsible technologies for the treatment of complex materials from the mining industry. It has designed, built, and patented a method for the permanent stabilization of arsenic from numerous sources, including arsenopyrite, enargite, cobaltite, flue dusts and environmental remediation. It has demonstrated its GlassLock Process onsite at an operating copper smelting in Namibia, Africa. It has developed an advanced proprietary process for the extraction of precious and base metals using sodium hypochlorite to provide a cyanide-free alternative for the exploitation of gold deposits. The CLEVR Process operates in a fully closed loop.

Hey with their control of CSE the share price has been manipulated from the get go. This technology should have rewarded DST with huge revenues in the last 2 years, which in it's self would have pushed this share above the high it traded as CST. So even having the courts on the wee shareholders side, if the Goodman's take it private; there be no such thing as a fair market price!!! BTW, when I first bought into this company (CST) I believed it had a great upside as a gold producer n now I'm full in n hope to see a solid company going forward i.e. dividend paying stock!!! JMO UNKLAL
