RE:RE:Pure Energy Clayton Deposit & GE Water & TenovaAgain It doesnt make sense to permit water rights to a company that isn't doing anything other than preliminary drilling. If that was the case they (State) would have to give water rights to all 100 companies down there trying to find lithium. It only makes sense to give water rights to the companies that have done all the research, found lithium, are designing a whole new process which is more environmentally friendly etc. AND are following through with a pilot plant to make sure it all ties together with the possibility of some big pockets to back them up.(i'm hoping some big companies step in like Tenova, GE, Tesla, Panasonic etc.)
