RE:Bad behavior but do you blame them?

We have been told more than once that there is not an issue with Orbite's process and this is a mechanical problem that needs to be fixed. Outotec who is a leader in this field did supply the equipment and should have at least some responsibility for it in my opinion. So its possible they are working towards a cost effective solution that will solve this issue.  Until we hear otherwise anything (including a favourable outcome) is still possible. I for one have not given up hope, but it appears everyone else has.
