RE:What about a Class Action suit against the CrroksHow much do you think you can extract?  Look at the balance sheet and the "burn rate", then make an educated guess how long it will take to make it through the courts, and you will find out that all you'll get is a bill from your lawyer.... there won't be any assets left to distribute amongst the plaintiffs.
