PP coming at 8 cents

Am I the only 1 seeing the PP coming. Folks look at the bids and asks, the way they have been put them are to hold the price in a range. It's meant to keep the price up so that they attract buys for the PP which will be in the 8 to 10 cent range. Good luck.
