Holding

HoldingFirst time posting here, long time lurking. I see the fear factor is beginning to affect the price. I am holding as my personal take as a shareholder not an "expert" on what I have read on this so far: 1.i Data has the money through the private placement in September so raising the money is not the issue 2.i Data as a company would have done extensive background research before making a decision to buy so wouldn't dump the deal without serious obstacles 3.the problem with Eicon as has been pointed out is management not the technology/products. If I was in i Data's position I would know that once in control the management would be replaced. 4.As for the delay in any announcement in this volatile tech environment i Data is bargaining from a position of strength as they know that right now Eicon would find it difficult to come up with another buyer in the immediate short-term period.A great opportunity for them to get better terms in the deal. Anyway that is my take. Am I off-base in any of these points? Comments anyone. Terry
