Wow ... back to $14.  The whole sector is depressed.  Given the long trend and low cost of leveraging, one would think consolidation amongst Canadian firms is just around the corner.  

Also, I would have thought the depressed share value would incentive management to at least entertain a share buyback plan as one way of creating shareholder value.  However, management's response at the investor day seemed to prioritize a preference to maintain shareholder liquidity over shareholder value/ price stability.  Despite some positive structural changes  in the past years - management seems unable produce results for shareholders.
