would be nice to see insiders buying

It's been a while since we seen an insider buying. It's great having a NCIB but with some insiders buying it would be even greater! Look what LIX management did when it went down in share price, they step in and bought shares (Strong Leadership, leading by example!!!) , the price went back up after a few weeks!
