RE:Assuming that it was a setup from long ago.Very good points you raise. The Quebec Government got taken for millions of dollars over the years. Will their lawyers take this in stride or will they do something about it? It's very true this whole thing does not pass the smell test. In fact I have been advocating against management and the directors forever and another poster has taken me to task about a past president. Mismanagement has been going on forever let's hope the Quebec Government goes after the current management for what appears to be dishonest behaviour by the board of directors and management.
