when a firm like td writes a report that lowers the t price from 12.50 to 10.50
this causes concern being that td is propbably looking to aquire more stock at a lower price
We are now off 13 cents today and 13 cents on the year
If the prospects werent great a 100 million dollar loc at 3 .5 percent would nevae had happened
my guess is something big is in the works and i am seldom to far wrong on this stock
