Looks like CNN Fake News has joined this board

Looks like CNN Fake News has joined this board Alliance is halted according to TSX Venture policy because they are undergoing a fundamental transaction. Once the transaction is complete per TSX Venture policy, Alliance shares will come back to trade.

IiROC has nothing to do with the trading halt
The OSC has nothing to do with the trading halt. - Especially considering Alliance is under the jurisdiction of the British Columbia Securities Commission, not the Ontario Securities Commission.

And yes the company has been halted a long time but there is nothing untoward about it.
