Is NXE undervalued?

Is NXE undervalued? Is NXE undervalued?.....food for thought...one pound of uranium produces as much energy as 40 barrels of oil (one ton of uranium produces as much energy as 80,000 barrels of oil) https://web.ead.anl.gov/uranium/guide/facts/ So, with 300 million pounds of uranium at Arrow, that is like an oil pool with 12 billion barrels recoverable, a gas field with about 70 TCF recoverable.....to compare, Exxon's booked reserves are about 16.5 billion barrels of oil; Royal Dutch Shell's 2016 reserves were about 11 billion boe....When NXE adds another 100 million pounds in 2017, on an energy equivalent basis, Nexgen will be as large as Exxon and larger than Royal Dutch Shell.....Exxon's market cap is $339 billion and Royal Dutch Shell's market cap is about $223 billion.

If "green" energy, and energy security are so important, companies like Exxon or Royal Dutch Shell could double their size on an energy equivalent basis by buying NXE for 2-3% of their respective market capitalizations! so why isn't NXE's market capitalization much higher?.... better yet, why doesn't a large energy company buy Nexgen?
