Renewed interest in Namibia

Renewed interest in NamibiaChariot will drill in Namibia next year.Shell could drill 2018-2020.GALP continues with exploration
and OVL recently farmed in to Tullows block.
If Energulf could keep 1711 and someone would take over as an operator in 1711 that could save them.Unfortunately no signs yet that someone is interested in 1711.
