RE:RE:RE:Fwiw.......Hey Goldopp, I could see ELD making a move if their SP recovers to $4.75 or higher similar to the ICG deal, I too would be selling on the news. If I were on the ELD team, I would want the Cadillac Break properties of AZX to compliment the Sigma/Lamaque/Triangle project. You start looking at the mill upgrades and feed sources and a shallow AZX makes a lot of economic sense to help get it to 5,000 tpd. But then again, I am no expert, just guy studying AZX from all angles and connecting dots looking for the picture to get clearer. So, I have been thinking since your original post that the December 16 PP was led by Sprott Private Wealth and then came Mr. Gundy to the board, and shortly he moved to Chairman of the Board. Then Eric Sprott is announced as taking 80% of a PP through his 2176423 Ontario Ltd. Entity along with 33.3 million warrants at .09 for $3 million. There are another 42 million warrants in the hands of the Sprott PW clients. We did not see the big dump of the FT shares back in April as I had expected, leading me to think that the Sprott PW clients are in long for a reason. I think we will see the warrants exercised before another PP, jmho. If that were to happen and we were fully diluted, 2176423 Ontario Ltd. would own around 12.6% and Sprott PW clients together would own another +/- 14%. There is enough cash for a spring 18 drill program and if we see the warrants exercised after the RE is published, we will know that Sprott is in control of shareholder votes and there is money in the treasury to avoid new dilution a bit longer. Collectively they have around +/- 15% now depending on the sale of the FT shares if any. G connects to PRB, which gives reason to see them interested, close management ties there. AEM seems to be OK with a back seat, but maybe there is a reason they have not participated in the last PPs. I think one of these newsletter writers is going to do his own RE calc and start pumping this fall, if the holes west of the open pit are nice holes and the strike length is at least 1,100 m and growing there is a story for them to write for sure. If AZX can get to a 2.0+ moz. shallow resource, it could get real interesting. It is a cheap here and I am surprised there are no sharks circling. Maybe they are. Long and patient. LRG
