RE:They better at least have a pilot plant producingYou should probably start your DD by looking up the Johnson Controls/ Aquametals
strategic partnership agreement and just slot AMI in place of Aquametals and any other Battery/ automaker in place of Johnson Controls. The only difference would be that AMI is working to recover scarce and expensive Lithium ion battery cathode materials (Cobalt, Nickel, Manganese, Lithium etc.) and Aquametals only focuses on recovering the lead from traditional Lead Acid automotive batteries. With that being said, there is no denying that the entire auto industry is transitioning to pure EV's which use a larger, far more complex and expensive battery when compared to a lead Acid "starter" battery. I think what AMI has at this point is truly game changing and investors have yet to grasp how important closing the supply chain loop actually is. It has been said that trying to successfully recover/ recycle a lithium ion battery cell for the sake of reusing the recovered material in new batteries is like trying to unscramble an egg. Well AMI has managed to unscrambled the egg and turn that yoke back into a fresh omelette before anyone else even thought it was possible. Let that sink in before you throw shade on what they have managed to accomplish up until this point.
shares are parked for the long term,
cheers.
