Get your facts straight. Sinclair is no felon and has no criminal record, and never has. As a graduate of the Canadian Securities Course, he is qualified to be employed as an investment advisor. He has also published close to 1,000 articles with at least three different professional publishers. Only about two percent of his writing deals with this issue, which the only newspaper in Kirkland Lake, 'The Northern News,' appears to have been actively involved in. The police officers that charged Sinclair, after he was run out of Kirkland Lake, are closely connected to the Antoniazzis. Family members of Antonazzi relatives serve on the same force. He relishes the opportunity for the charges against him to be un-stayed, so that he can challenge their constitutionality. An innocent women is dead. Financial motive and opportunity appear to coexist.

In the fall of 2015, this blog went silent. Today, it has been republished for the first time since then. I was arrested for writing this blog, and charged with both criminal harassment and criminal libel.
Stephen Sinclair, the writer behind the Scott Hough pseudonym.
My lawyer, Daniel Baker, and I, intended to challenge the constitutionality of the criminal libel charge, one that Ryerson University’s Lisa Taylor says serves “no legitimate purpose” and “is an affront to free speech.”
“Convictions for criminal libel averaged 18 cases per year between 2005 and 2008, Taylor found. She and her research partner David Pritchard of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee combed through digital archives, criminal judgements and media reports to assemble the data and found that the number of convictions has grown steadily. Between 2009 and 2012, there were 37.7 criminal libel convictions annually – more than double the earlier figure.”
Now that James Rumleskie, the crown prosecutor, has stayed the charges, Mr. Baker and I will not have the chance to challenge the constitutionality of the criminal libel law, which disappoints me. However, as of yesterday, a publication ban was lifted, which once again leaves me free to tell the story of the suspicious death of Nadine Antoniazzi, the sister-in-law of the mayor of Kirkland Lake, Tony Antoniazzi.
Since this blog was silenced, I have published hundreds of articles with several professional publishers. There is small group of readers who have followed me since my humble beginnings here onto the big leagues of Google News. Thank you so much for your support. My goal is to continue to publish writing that we can all be proud of, and which serves a true purpose, beyond merely gaining views and likes.
