Sprott Inc. And CannaRoyalty (CRZ.C) recently announced a JV where Sprott also provided a $12.0 mm debenture financing. In conjunction it's this agreement, Sprott got to 1 seat on the CRZ board, the nomination was Mr. Peter Gandy who will serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee. He is a finance, M&A kind of guy.

I am only guessing on the 8.5%, but my guess is he took down a little of the December PP.

I could speculate about a theory or two that I have personally, but it would only be speculation. Like I said earlier, we didn't see many of the 45 mm FT shares hit the market in late April, so that is key in my mind.

Should be in a good position here. I'm a little overweighted but, comfortable. GL
