I like the buying the lull. When these stocks run they can really run. Emh went as low at what .14 before last year's run.... t.weed hovering below $3 for months then shot to 17+ after a long lull. Two problems buying the climb 1) they have been fast and aggressive not giving you much time to get in and 2) because of the speed and strength of the gain you can easily hesitate fearing that you're chasing. I'd rather get in low volume minimal volatility, strap in and wait patiently for take off.
