NXO went to the front of the line at the USPTO under very special circumstances with the initial set of patents in relation to the telescope POC which was granted very quickly...Now that this is not NXO's first time in product development and protection of intelectual rights...the next POC for cells etc will be on a faster track to market due to their experience gained the first time around....lets face it...the big play is the device market and hopefully things go smooth for a rinse wash and repeat like the first POC>>>>Good luck to all KF12
