Frustration understood.

Frustration understood. I too am frustrated with the length of the halt. I did however talk to the company and found out they too are incredibly frustrated with the entire process. The insiders own millions of shares themselves. They certainly are not making any money either.

I mentioned to the person I spoke with at ALM that there was talk on the "Boards" of class action lawsuits and complaints to IIROC and the securities commission. The guy understood that investors have invested their hard earned money into shares of the company and are pissed of with the stock being halted for so long. He did say the company is doing everything in its power to come back trading.

If you are an angry investor, don't waste your time and money on lawyers or making regulatory complaints. Alliance is bullet proof. They have done nothing wrong. Call the company like I did; it might help your anger issues.
