RE:Rights OfferingIt is my first rights offering as well, so I have been content to sit on the sidelines and watch.  If market activity is any indication, there is very little desire to buy these on the open market and an urgency to sell as low as half a cent.

The offer price isn't a discount to recent trading...so who would really want to pick up these shares?
