RE:Bernard Agoracom response re: PYR royaltyGood answer by Bernard.  This royalty deal is not comparable to mining.  Mining is essentially property claim based royalty deals, Pyro plays a bigger role then just having owned the mineral rights.  I agree that the 10% ensures PYR pays attention and puts its best efforts into this project.  And if you think PYR is getting a good cut, then buy some PYR and play both sides, if the technology succeeds you will be doubly rewarded.

i also think that since Bernard did not receive questions about that deal 2 years ago, this would seem to indicate that most shareholders felt it was/is reasonable, as I do.
