A CEO Of A Developing Company#1- Comes in to work early ( 6am ) and leaves late ( 6pm ) #2- Follows up on leads every day, day after day #3- Talks to as many future prospects ( leads ) as he can day after day #4- Negotiates the deals as quick as possible. #5- Works hard with the team around him and helps that team in anyway he can. The team as a whole creates the future wealth not the CEO. #6- Develops sales channels with the help of those around him. #7- insures there are no road blocks so the team around him can function at 110% #8- delegates and channels those around him towards sales. #9- a CEO seldom takes the lead in anything, the people around him do all the work once he has establish contact with the future prospects. there is a pile more a CEO should do but those are a start. What a CEO never does is try to do everything himself. A typical penny stock CEO is like that, tries to do everything themselves mind you that has a lot to do with the budget. Most Micro Cap companies have little money and little avenue to raise or generate money. Thank heaves that is not a problem here.
