NDM doesn't need a partner to start better & more transparent relationships with the residents of Bristol Bay .... a much more transparent line of communication thru Facebook & Twitter costs peanuts.... and on a Dollar-per-Dollar basis a good/transpatent Twitter and facebook account would likely yeild the highest dividends.... how about some picts on Twitter of the CEO's of NDM & Pebble Partnership with a fly rod doing some fishing (for starters).
