Hey Buck....   1st, we need to see what's the news is.  

1st time i see a halt on this stock in a lllooonnnggg time. 

TD jumped the stock at the opening  right before the halt.  He bot 560T  up to .16
one guy ...  one order...   

RBC 1.5M  was changed yesterday afternoon to .185 ....   That's too bad.
