RE:AGM TodayGood post BF. I found the absence of a presentation and the push to end the meeting as a way to stifle questions, minimize critcism and avoid dissemination of new information - all done by the biggest shareholder who happens to be running the show. I find the addition of a couple of experienced investment bankers to the BOD much more to do with M&A activity than growth thru drillbit - can anyone comment on this?
On the more positive side the management were open to answering some questions, appear to be very careful of where and when to spend budget dollars, have executed some good cashflow generating projects with decent offsetting upside and are very cognizant of nearby competitor activity in Elmworth. Weighing the plus's and minus's I think things are heading in an ok direction but depends on commodity pricing. Since pretty much all the technical information will be coming via operational updates I hope management isn't secretive and frugal in telling Us smaller shareholders what they are doing to grow value for everyone and not just Bison.
