I expect a news release Monday amOne would expect that they spend the weekend modelling different numbers and provide an update to the market. One should note that they could also look at pre-announcing earnings (as they are due in a few weeks).
If margins drop across the board, evidently earnings will be affected. However, these CMS rates won't take effect until 2018 at the earliest. Private payors may or may not react. If margins contract, volume must increase for CRH. Further acquisitions will also be done at lower multiples.
This is one heck of a speed bump but let's see how management responds prior to writing the company off.
