Agreed, but the picture is a bit larger.

Sentiment for O/G stocks is at an all time low period, CPG is getting hit harder than the rest due to Saxberg pissing the institution guys off the most with aquisitions and share issues.

The market likes certainty and the O/G sector does not add that at present, in fact the only certainty is OPEC cheating, so the market says screw it! I am out.

But what we have now and by the chart action is money is looking at these deals and saying wow this is cheap. Money is not bleeding out as fast as it is coming in.

Is there upside potential? yes. when? Nobody knows. When the sector rotation happens.

Unfortunatly too many Countries rely on one resource to fund their balance sheet and when that happens it is a race to the bottom.

Interesting reading everyones theories or belly aching.
