RE:RE:RE:RE:UnclearThere is no way the SVC has the right to accept any offer other than the $3.80, if there were enough SH votes for which I highly doubt. That was the only proxy that was sent to SH. Any other offer would have to be voted on. Period.
The OSC may have no teeth at the moment, but a nice big class action suit will. I am sure there will be one started if this deal does not go for at least $4.40.
The biggest problem with this deal is that SVC management have put all their chips and their futures on the Vector deal. It's a conflict of interest if a fair and due process is not adhered to. At the moment, the communication has been non-exisitant and I would think that is intentional.
Again the inexperience of this company's management is still impacting SH, even in the final days.
