Blackbird and TD

Blackbird and TDLots of speculation, mostly erroneous in my view.

clearly Blackbird paid for consulting services.  I think the realistic assumption is they solicited consulting services to assist in reviewing financing alternatives which if they did was money well spent considering the size of the raise they completed earlier thus year.  That would be my guess.

some would like to imply Blackbird paid this guy $100k to sell their stock to unsuspecting widows.  Seems a little far fetched.

all that aside, it is a little disconcerting to see the company shift from uber promotion to none at all. Seems they are planning on drilling fewer wells than previously envisioned from the $85 million raise.

Looks like there will not be any news release on the degree of success with the recompletion of the first Stage well.  I would have thought that this would be something they would want to speak to sooner than later.

still holding but definitely disappointed in what has transpired this year and a shift away from communicating to the market at a time when communication is arguably most warranted.

i still think we get bought out but at a much lower price than what was being kicked around last fall.
