Just got my transaction (CIBC)
After asking for option ii (all cash)......... I get all shares ........valued at -29% less than offered!...no cash!.....no premium at all..... Could have sold last year!
Why did they offer a choice at all?
Can't see how ANY shareholder can pleased with this
