I don't think the Short Consortium are environmental activist's ... however, the Short Consortium has been using "environmental issues" to wage physcological warfare on the longs.... it's very highly unlilkely the NDRC board-of-directors would approve a very high-risk shorting campian that could quickly subject them to bankruptcy...







A friend of mine from Germany use to know one of the shorts who got caught in the VW short squeeze ... that particular VW short ended up committing suicide over it.
