I searched for the 9501 Commerce Way address in the city of Adelanto Planning Commission meeting agendas during 2016 when LDS announced that it (through its JV partners CSPA and NHMC) acquired its Conditional Use Permits. See here for one of those press releases. 

Well I found a hit for both CSPA and NHMC with the address provided (9501 Commerce Way) in the July 5, 2016 (link) and October 25, 2016 (link) Planning Commission agendas. Here is the relevant part that ties CSPA and NHMC to 9501 Commerce Way:
